For instance, I have a 3-legged labrador retreiver named Suzie. She lost her leg in an accident when she was 5 months old. I must say that I can't IMAGINE what kind of handful she would be if she had four legs! Just the other day she learned that if she gets a running start, she can run up the side of our viny swimming pool and jump in! Of course, we now have to keep the pool covered because she can't get out on her own, but she sure loves to jump in with the kids! She is amazing. Then there is Lhatie. She is a little Lhasa/Westie mix. When she yawns she does this little trill. She sounds like she is singing. It is hysterical! Dogs are wonderful, amazing people. I mean dogs.
